Project Overview
A digital workplace safety application designed to guide managers and team members through the process of reporting workplace injuries. The solution organizes incident information, injury details and supporting statements into a structured digital reporting workflow.
Business Challenge
Workplace injury reports require accurate information about the affected team member, the incident, the injury location and the circumstances surrounding the event.
Unstructured reporting methods can result in incomplete information, inconsistent records and additional effort when collecting details from managers, team members and witnesses.
Our Solution
We developed a SharePoint-based injury reporting application using SPFx and React. The application provides a guided, multi-step wizard to capture incident information and supporting statements.
The reporting process includes injured team member details, manager-completed incident information, body-map injury selection, team member statements and witness statements.
