The organization needed a structured digital approach to capturing injury reports while making the process easier for managers and team members.

We developed a guided injury reporting application using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React, with SharePoint Online as the data storage platform.

The application uses a multi-step wizard to organize the reporting process into distinct sections, including injured team member information, manager-completed incident details, body-map injury selection, team member statements and witness statements.

The solution supports structured data capture and provides a centralized approach to maintaining injury report records in SharePoint.
